We always tell clients not to take themselves too seriously:

What exactly is BOUNCE?

  • Bounce is a fun, high-energy, low-impact, fat-burning, 45-minute interval cardio class of strength building for body, mind, and heart.

A Few Other Facts:

  • Bounce keeps the heart rate & calorie burn high, because we are on and off the trampoline every 1 or 2 songs.

  • It helps your lymphatic system flush toxins, improving your circulatory and immune health.

  • It can help strengthen your pelvic floor, which may improve bladder control.

  • Bounce became our favorite workout for two reasons: it’s FUN and incredibly effective.

Are you concerned about your stability or safety on the trampoline?

  • That's OK - come and enjoy the music and movements of the class off the equipment first. When you feel ready, you can add the trampoline.
